Jonathan Dromgoole
Director of Advocacy
Mexican made, Austin raised, and D.C. educated, Jonathan Dromgoole is a political strategist. He has both domestic and international experience advocating for LGBTQ+ individuals. As Director of Advocacy, Jonathan oversees and leads the LGBTQ+ Policy Initiative's external advocacy campaigns. His role is to cultivate relationships with external organizations to support the mission of LPI. Jonathan also directs LPI's campaign for gender nuetral bathrooms on Georgetown's campus.
Juan Pablo Delgado
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Juan Pablo Delgado graduated as a Lawyer from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico and is co-founder of a human rights organization based in Leon, Mexico, currently advocating for the rights of transgender individuals through strategic litigation processes and social engagement actions. Juan Pablo is a Baker Innovator Fellow through the Georgetown University Baker Center of Leadership and Governance. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, Juan Pablo oversees LPI's internal strategy, including the campaign for university admissions equality and the Diversity Training Program, a program aimed at providing Georgetown faculty, staff, and peers with the necessary diversity toolkits for an inclusive community.
Peter Nouhan
Manager of Internal Relations and Communications
Peter is newly a professional policy entrepreneur, working on bipartisan policy initiatives that will reduce socioeconomic inequality and foster economic innovation. He is currently a Baker Innovator Fellow through the Georgetown University Baker Center of Leadership and Governance. As a Communications Director, Peter utilizes his years of experience in communications to help LPI recruit new members and reach new audiences at McCourt to advance an agenda of LGBTQ+ equality.
Andrea Vargas
Manager of External Relations and Adjunct Researcher
Andrea is the Manager of External Relations and the co-founder of the Darwin and Wolf International Trust Fund. Andrea worked as Senior Advisor for the International Cooperation for the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador. There she contributed to the zoning process that created a new marine sanctuary in Darwin and Wolf and the draft of the Organic Law for the Special Regimen for the Conservation and Sustainable Development of Galapagos (LOREG). Using about a decade of external affairs experience, Andrea provides critical support in acquiring research data and support for LPI's Department of Research and Publications. Andrea also supports the Research and Publications team as an adjunct researcher.
Aleksandra Sladojevic
Manager of Internal and External Relations
Aleks is the President of the Georgetown Public Policy Student Association's First Year Students. While at the Australian National University, Aleks advocated for the representation, inclusion and rights of all undergraduate students on campus, including students in the LGBTQ+ community, working closely with the ANU Queer Collective. As a Manager of Internal and External Relations, Aleks' creates and fosters relationships between student and advocacy groups both on and off campus, in order to develop a broader network of LGBTQ+ advocacy.

With experience on Capitol Hill, Joseph Minuti supports the development and implementation of LPI's Diversity Training Program.
Caroline Cragin
Strategy Assistant
As a committed individual to LGBTQ+ policy issues, Caroline assists with event planning and execution as well as LPI's campaigns at Georgetown University.
Kelley Schneider
WPPI-LPI Coalition Manager
Kelley is the Communications Director of the Women in Public Policy Initiative at the McCourt School. As the WPPI-LPI Coalition Manager, Kelley works to link WPPI and LPI to sponsor and co-sponsor events.
